IT Software has three payment options:
- Cheque / Money Order
- Bank Transfer / EFT
NOTE : Your order will not process until your payment is received.
Customers not paying by Electronic Transfer agree to make payment of their balance due strictly on the due date of their Billing Invoice. Invoices are sent to all clients 14 days before due date.
Accounts that are fourteen (14) days past due will be automatically suspended. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including legal fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
IT Software offers four Billing Cycles for hosting charges:
- Quarterly (3 months)
- Six Monthly (6 months)
- Yearly (12 months)
The Billing Cycle begins on the first day you sign up.
You may elect to change your Billing Cycle at any time; however, the new Billing Cycle will only take effect at the time of the next plan renewal.
All additional features added to an account are charged at the time and date of purchase. Additional items are non-refundable.
In order to ensure uninterrupted service to your website, all plans will automatically renew at the end of the plan's Billing Cycle. Plan renewal charges are based on the prevailing rate on the date of renewal according to the service selected. Plans are renewed for the same billing cycle.
IT Software does not mail paper invoices or statements. All billing statements and invoices are sent via email to the customers designated email address.
Reactivation After Suspension
Customers that wish to reactivate a closed account will incur a $30.00 reactivation fee. A further $70.00 fee may be assessed if IT Software is required to restore your data files to your reactivated account.
Hosting Plan Changes
There are no upgrade fees for upgrading or downgrading to a different plan.
IT Software's policies and prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes become effective in the next billing cycle.
